1. Delivery Coverage & Shipping Rates
Shipping Service: We offer domestic delivery services to all main regions and governorates within Jordan.
Shipping Fees: Amman: 2.00 JOD per order. Zarqa, Balqa & Madaba: 3.00 JOD per order. Irbid, Jerash, Ajloun, Mafraq, Karak, Tafilah, Ma'an & Aqaba: 4.00 JOD per order. The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery city or governorate. Free shipping applies to all orders over 50.00 JOD, regardless of destination.

2. Delivery Timeframes & Order Processing
Order Delivery Window: Amman: 0–1 business days from the time your order is confirmed. All other governorates: 1–3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.
Delivery Days: Deliveries are handled Saturday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays or official public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Delays: Delivery times may vary slightly due to weekends, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Information & Address Accuracy
Please make sure that your delivery information, including your full address and local phone number, is accurate and complete during checkout.
Our courier representative or customer service team may contact you prior to delivery to confirm your order or delivery location.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect phone number or address provided, re-delivery arrangements may be subject to additional shipping charges.
